Why ERP implementation fails?
What I observed that mostly in cases ERP implementation fail because of:
1. Documentation was not proper.
2. Process integration
3. Companies assume a lot that software provider will supply all the resources required for implementation.
4. Critical mistake companies does not evaluate the characteristics of application. So before selecting any ERP solution compare the ERP functional process and your business process, it must be on same line.
